Feeling Seen, Heard, and Understood, without being judged or assessed, does sound pretty good, though.

Our guided meditations are designed to reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus and rest, and to support you on your path toward a more joyous, peaceful, compassionate lifestyle.

A Mind at Rest’s founder, Asr, is a certified Meditation Guide and Yoga Teacher, and a recovering stress addict.
I saw being quiet and still as the easiest way to “get by”, to suppress all the unpalatable elements of my personality, and fit in. Through yoga and meditation, I discovered that true quiet and stillness are the easiest way to notice what’s really going on and recognize what’s good for me. Turning all of our energy toward what is good for us is the ultimate strategy to living a life full of love.
I am prepared and excited to provide a safe, supportive space for you to build a personal yoga and meditation practice that is joyful, relaxing, and empowered.
We offer virtual meditation and yoga classes, for individuals and groups. Whether you’re a beginning or an experienced meditator or yoga student, we have offerings to help you establish or add to your practice. With special consideration for introverts and skeptics, our offerings range from printable journal inserts to classes, workshops, and events.
